Webinar: Leading systemic change inside finance

November 19 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Join us for an interactive webinar connecting finance professionals who are driving purpose-driven change inside their institutions.

Making change from within a financial institution can be hard. Connecting with like-minded colleagues can make all the difference.

That’s why we’re hosting this interactive webinar for changemakers within financial institutions – we call them intrapreneurs. Here you’ll connect with colleagues across institutions and learn from peers who are working to transform finance from within.

Over the course of one hour you’ll learn:

  1. A framework for thinking about systemic change in finance which goes beyond tinkering around the edges to influencing deep transformation
  2. What’s worked for colleagues creating change in other institutions
  3. What the common challenges are with an opportunity to share your own experiences
  4. About the Finance Matters Intrapreneur Community which connects and develops people like you

Facilitated by the Finance Innovation Lab, the webinar will start with brief insights from our work supporting intrapreneurs in finance and sharing a model for change that goes beyond CSR initiatives to fundamentally transforming business as usual. This will be followed by an interactive discussion amongst webinar participants focused on the challenges and opportunities you experience when creating purpose-driven change e.g. shifting mindsets, navigating internal channels, building buy-in, identifying allies and bringing side-of-desk work into your job description. We’ll conclude by sharing details about the Finance Matters Intrapreneur Community for those interested in continued peer connections and development opportunities.

To ensure this is an interactive conversation, places are limited.

To request a place in the webinar email lydia@financeinnovationlab.org.
