Function: NGO / Charity Company: Finance Innovation Lab Duration: Part-Time Salary: Volunteer Location: Flexible / Work From Home

Finance Matters is an initiative hosted by the Finance Innovation Lab – a charity which incubates the people and projects making finance serve people and planet. The Lab is now on the lookout for a fundraising volunteer to support our team in identifying and applying for grants. This is a part-time role that can be carried out in our London office or remotely.

The fundraising volunteer will support the Lab’s grant fundraising work through research, administration support and support for writing proposals. The role will provide experience in fundraising and exposure to grant application writing.

We’re looking for someone with an ability to be persistent and creative in their research, a strong eye for detail, an understanding of our work and a keenness to learn more about the sector.

The position would suit someone hoping to pursue a career in the non-profit sector, particularly fundraising. It offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a better understanding of the different career avenues available within both the non-profit and finance sectors.

The role requires no qualifications or prior experience in fundraising or office-based work and is a unique chance to build your experience in a small, dynamic, friendly team.
